Oh! how he tried to hurt me. I was told I had nothing to offer anyone or another guy I should say. Funny thing is I believed it for a long time why? because I was comfortable and believe I couldn't do better. I allowed him to bully me telling me I don't know what I want with my life, and I'm not woman enough.I lost myself my spirit, my joy and myself confidence. He had me just were he wanted me to be and I tolerated. Well the day came and I got back my spirit, my joy and myself confidence...I refuse to make him win. I am more woman than he'll know and I do know what I want....and one of them is not him. Ladies, girls and woman I was in a verbal relationship not realizing that it was going on. He made me bitter and sometimes I didn't even know who I was but, I do know that I had change. I founded my strength to let him go and as much as I loved him my inner voice kept telling me, "he's not right for you".
Well if there's one thing that I've is that I'll never allow anyone to come in and take my joy. Six years was long enough. I hope that my short story will inspire other young women and girls every where, recognize the signs and only trust your feelings....Be Strong!!!...Muah!

  1. thank you soo much for sharing your story I was once in a relationship that was terrible not just for me but for my daughter I stayed in it for 4 long years and when he went to jail the last time that's when I told myself Im moving on with my life and finding myself. next thing you know 3months later without even me being ready to find love again I met the man of my dreams and the love of my life and it's been 19months since I've seen my ex and girl I couldn't be any happier. God has a plan for all of us and you're stronger than you think for letting it go and leaving him. I know you're not just inspiring yourself but others. you go girl!!! by the way your look is stunning you've been glowing lately keep it up!!!

  4. Some times it hard for people to know their worth. I was never in a relationship like that but I've been in one where the man had all the money and thought he own me. I'm happy you were able to get through that relatioship with the help of family and friends. Wait for God to send you your man. YOu look wonderful in this outfit. I'm going to have to steal this look
